The staff were all very kind. I had been nervous, but there was no reason to be. He made me feel like an old friend he'd known, and as I walked out - said he would make sure to "quarterback" my care. I left feeling reassured I was in good hands with the whole staff and the doctors.

This was a very enjoyable visit. The entire staff displayed enthusiasm for their job and were professional at all times. Everyone was so attentive, and I loved how they clearly communicated every step of my care.

Dr. Dragoo took lots of time to explain what is going on with my knee. He answered all my questions (and my husband's questions) and made sure I felt comfortable with all the information and options for my treatment.

The student did a great job asking questions and explained well. My doctor gave me great information and clearly laid out the treatment plan. He listened and heard me.

Start to finish excellent medical care.

This doctor provided knowledge, wonderful bedside manner and patience answering all my questions. He did not behave with arrogance like most specialists. It actually provided me with more confidence in his ability and trust with my care.
