The email/internet communications are great and meets my need. Referral was good and timely. Like that I got recommendations. I had to wait 45 min for doc whereas I didn't much like this, it also shows that doc spends time where is it necessary and doesn't stick to schedule. I am just beginning my process and so far it has been good.
