From my initial visit, Dr. Dragoo listened to my issues with an open mind and addressed my concerns calmly and professionally. When another doctor at the facility quickly dismissed my concerns, he continued to listen me and order an MRI for further diagnosis. After the MRI, a tear in my knee was discovered and my surgery planned for when worked best for my schedule. His surgical work was flawless my post-op appt was helpful and informative.
